A innovative leader in the millwork industry is seeking a **Field Installation Manager **to join their team

**The Role**

As a Field Installation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing installation teams, coordinating schedules, and liaising with clients to ensure successful project completion.

**You Will**
- Work closely with senior management to understand the broader goals and vision of the installation division.
- Actively participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation discussions.
- Identify and propose process improvements, cost-saving measures, and innovative strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the installation division.
- Mentor and groom future leaders within the installation team.
- Represent Art Magic Co at industry events and conferences to build professional relationships and stay updated on industry trends.
- Review and/or establish budgets for potential jobs or change orders.

**You Have**
- 5+ years of experience in the commercial millwork industry, with a deep understanding of all facets of installation.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry advancements.

**You Are**
- A strong communicator and negotiator with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, suppliers, and cross functional teams
- A strategic thinker and natural problem solver
- Organized and have solid time management skills
- An exceptional leader with a track record of successful team development and performance improvement

**Salary**: $120,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
