**Your Role as a Pharmacy Assistant**

As a valued member of our pharmacy team, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service to our patients with professionalism and warmth.
- Verify, interpret, and input prescription information with precision.
- Assist in preparing, packaging, and accurately dispensing medications.
- Manage data entry using Kroll and process third-party adjudications.
- Perform administrative tasks, including receiving prescription orders and maintaining inventory.
- Handle prescription pick-ups and respond to customer and healthcare inquiries.
- Maintain and clean our automated Robot Count Assist system.
- Support product ordering and inventory management.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform additional duties as needed by the pharmacy owner or on-duty pharmacist.

**What You Bring to the Team**
- Experience with Kroll/Telus Pharmacy Software (preferred).
- Minimum **2 years of Canadian community pharmacy experience** (required).
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (French is an asset).
