$18.50 hourly + benefits + incentive bonuses

**Accountabilities**
- Responsible for assembly small equipment projects
- General knowledge of tools and equipment
- Follows and completes daily/weekly/monthly task schedule
- Ensures a clean, safe, presentable and sanitary work area
- Follows department procedures and safety practices
- Reports any maintenance issues, property damage, safety hazards or security incidents
- Thrives in a team environment

**Competencies**
- Related light assembly experience
- Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel and bend, ability to lift, push and pull required load
- Proactive and able to continuously manage change in an extremely fast paced, energetic work environment
- Assembles components using small hand power tools ; fastening parts and sub-assemblies
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Occasional packaging; packing completed product in cartons and stack on pallets
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Ability to perform repetitive work
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to use hand tools and compressed air tools on a frequent basis
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Safety conscious
- Building, assembling and packaging along with QC

To build and assemble Just Vertical’s indoor garden units and future products under the direction of the Production Manager.

We offer significant health, dental, and vision care once past the 3 month probation period.

Compensation is $18.50/hr and the shift time is 6 AM - 2 PM on site at our warehouse. Our warehouse is easily accessible via the TTC.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.50 per hour
