**What you’ll do**
In this role, you will translate the client’s needs into a configured solution, while ensuring clients have a fantastic experience working with your implementation team. To be successful as an Implementation Specialist, you need to work well as part of a team and have exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills. As a member of the FigBytes team, you will work with passionate individuals who care about our communities and the footprint we leave on our planet. **Responsibilities**
- Customizing software systems based on clients’ individual needs and specifications
- Communicating with clients throughout the software customization process to obtain feedback and approval
- Prioritize work effectively to adhere to project timelines
- Participate in client meetings as a member of the FigBytes implementation team
- Work with client to learn and understand their organizational needs and goals
**Requirements**:
- Experience in an implementation role
- Sustainability/GHG management background or a passion for it
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to multitask effectively and remain organized
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Time management skills
- Proficiency in data management/Excel
