**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated, certified and experienced Truck Driver Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating and mentoring new drivers, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently. Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of professional drivers.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct classroom training sessions covering essential topics such as safety regulations, vehicle operation, and industry best practices.
- Provide hands-on training in various driving scenarios to enhance practical skills.
- Assess trainees’ progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve their performance.
- Develop training materials and resources that align with current industry standards.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages questions and active participation from trainees.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry trends to ensure training remains relevant and effective.

**Skills**
- Strong tutoring and teaching abilities, with a passion for educating others.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to trainees.
- Previous classroom experience is preferred, demonstrating an ability to engage learners effectively.
- Patience and adaptability to address diverse learning styles among trainees.
- A thorough understanding of trucking regulations and safety protocols is essential for effective training delivery.
