We are looking for an HR Recruiter **in Etobicoke **to join our team You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.

**Responsibilities**:

- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
- On-board and train new employees
- Scheduling the daily number of staff needed
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Accurately maintain employee files
- Schedule telephone interviews with applicants
- Posting job advertisements online

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields, ideally in industrial recruitment
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- **Must have own Vehicle. G2/G License must**

Pay: $17-$18.00 per hour (Negotiable based on experience)

Monday to Friday (must be available for Weekends and extended hours, if required)
