We're a charming café and bakery seeking a skilled Barista and French Baker to join our team If you're passionate about crafting exceptional coffee drinks and delicious French pastries, we'd love to hear from you.

*Responsibilities:*
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte
- Bake and prepare French pastries, such as croissants, macarons, and madeleines
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with our team to develop new recipes and menu items

*Requirements:*
- 1+ year of experience as a barista and/or French baker
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation methods and French baking techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
- Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends

*Preferred Qualifications:*
- Formal training in coffee preparation and/or French baking
- Experience with coffee roasting and brewing equipment
- Knowledge of French pastry decorating techniques
- Certification in food safety and handling
