**Data Analyst/ Administrative Officer**

**Data & Reporting**:

- Use HIFIS (Homeless Individuals Families Information System) to extract, analyze, and interpret data to produce timely and accurate reports for funders, management, and stakeholders.
- Support data collection processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Reaching Home requirements.
- Utilize Looker (Google Looker Studio) and/or other BI tools to develop dashboards and visualizations that support monitoring and evaluation.

**Administration**:

- Provide general administrative support, including correspondence, scheduling board meetings, posting jobs, and assisting with interviews.
- Draft and format documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, placing orders as required.
- Support coordination of meetings, workshops, and community partner forums.

**Finance & Bookkeeping**:

- Assist with processing invoices, expense tracking, and reconciliations.
- Support financial reporting by preparing supporting documentation for claims and audits.Provide and update budgets as per Executive Director/Board of Directors request.

**Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with program staff and partners to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
- Support the Reaching Home Coordinator/Coordinate Access Coordinator and Executive Director with administrative and data-related tasks.
- Build positive working relationships with nonprofit and community partners engaged in homelessness prevention and housing support.

**Qualifications**:
**Education & Experience**:

- Post-secondary education in data analysis, business administration, social sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience working in the nonprofit sector or with community-based organizations an asset.
- Experience with HIFIS (Homeless Individuals Families Information System) or similar client management databases would be an asset.

**Skills**:

- Strong data management and analytical skills with the ability to translate date into meaningful insights.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Knowledge of financial administration and basic bookkeeping.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Ability to commute/relocate:
Charlottetown, PE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- Secondary School (preferred)
- License/Certification:

- Driving License (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
