We are looking for an **Associate, Health & Wellness** to join our Human Resources team. The Health & Wellness Associate supports the Manager, Health & Wellness in the administration of Health & Wellness programs and policies. This role supports the promotion of employee health, safety, and wellness, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and fostering a supportive and healthy workplace environment. This role will involve handling administrative tasks, assisting with projects, and facilitating communication within the department and across the organization.
Key elements of this role include:
- Health and Wellness administration and process: Draft process, planning, and reference documents, including updating program and policy materials.
- Workshops and Presentations: Support with the planning and delivery of Health and Wellness workshops, presentations, and educational programs across the organization and promote Health and Wellness activities.
- Communications: Developing communication tools such as health and wellness posters, PowerPoint presentations, etc
- Psychological Safety: Support with building a culture of psychological safety that inspires all voices to be heard.
- Continuous Improvement: Focus on and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Data Analysis: Track, evaluate, and draft reports on the effectiveness of HW activities by collecting and analyzing data and identifying barriers or issues when they arise.
- Billing and vendor support: Coordinate with internal finance team members, external vendors and service providers to ensure efficient service delivery and accurate billing and budgeting.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases, SharePoint and Grid Page Maintenance, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

- Relevant experience or a post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.

- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
