**Overview**

**Duties**
- Measure, cut, and install interior trim, including **baseboards, crown molding, wainscoting, door casings, and window trim**.
- Install **interior doors, cabinetry, and custom woodwork** as needed.
- Work from blueprints and project specifications to ensure precise installation.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all installations meet high-quality craftsmanship standards.
- Collaborate with other trades to complete projects on time.
- Follow workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

**Skills**
- **Proven experience as a Trim Carpenter**:

- Expertise in cutting, assembling, and installing **interior trim and doors**.
- Proficiency in using woodworking tools, including saws, routers, and nail guns.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
