Burlington, Canada Love Your Lawn Landscaping Full time

Love Your Lawn provides residential snow removal services to clients in Oakville. Our crews go out with snow shovels and snow blowers on the back of our trucks, servicing our clients within 8-12 hours of each snow fall ending. Our crew members need to have a valid G licence and be able to work flexible hours as needed (Weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays). Hourly pay starts at $25 for regular snow shoveling, prep work and daytime hour shifts. All night shifts, storms, holidays, etc will have overtime or bonus pay added depending on the situation. Pay is issued the following day after each shift is completed.

Any and all experience in snow removal should be highlighted when you send your resume. Any landscaping or manual labour experience is an asset and should also be highlighted.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate F-150 truck in winter driving conditions & equipment (including snow-blowers and shovels) to clear pathways, stairs and driveways efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize and execute snow removal tasks in a timely manner.
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust plans accordingly to ensure availability and to be dressed for the conditions.
- Maintain clear communication with crew leader regarding service schedules and any issues encountered.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working in potentially hazardous winter conditions.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $25.00-$37.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 32 per week

Additional pay:
