Server and Bartender

**Job Title**: Catering Staff
**Company**: GOURMET TO GO LTD.

GTG Catering is seeking contract workers. These positions are on-call and hours are based on bookings and business needs. Qualified applicants will be reliable, and provide exceptional customer service while serving guests. Must be hardworking and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work as a team.

Key Responsibilities vary per shift and may include any or all of the following:

- Assists in the setup and preparation for service of catered events on and offsite of the Cochrane Ranchehouse
- Set and clears dining tables
- Set-up & stock the bar
- Bar service
- Wash dishware
- Follows and complies with food safety standards from Alberta Health
- Assist in the maintenance of a clean kitchen
- Take out garbage and recycling

*Ability to work until 2am, with late-night closing shift bonuses.

**Qualifications**:

- Pro Serve
- *Food Safety Alberta Certification an asset
- Preference will be given to individuals who have previous experience in the food services industry
- Must demonstrate superior customer service skills
- Must be physically able to lift and transfer heavy, hot items and stand/walk for the majority of your shift

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- serving: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- ProServe (required)
