**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress and maintain accurate records.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents to guide construction activities.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and identify any issues early on.

**Experience**

- Full building-envelope components
- Proven experience as a Field Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong skills in construction, blueprint reading, and quality control practices.
- Ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining a focus on safety and quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail in all aspects of work.
