Are you a people person who loves keeping things organized, leading a team, and making customers feel welcome? Cahoon’s Pharmacy in Deep River is looking for a **Front Store Manager** to join our team

We are not a big box pharmacy. As an independently owned store, we take pride in helping our staff and customers to feel important and cared for. We are searching for someone who can help us create a warm, service-oriented experience while keeping operations running smoothly.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Keep the front store running like a well-oiled machine - from managing staff schedules to handling cash reports and inventory control.
- Create a positive and safe work environment by hiring, training, and mentoring your team.
- Ensure the store always looks its best and that customers leave with a smile.
- Work closely with the owner to set goals, plan promotions, and adjust to market trends.
- Keep an eye on inventory and pricing, so we always have the right products at the right time.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Someone organized, self-motivated, and reliable.
- Comfort leading and supporting a small team of staff.
- A focus on excellent customer service - you will help make our store a place where customers feel cared for.
- Experience in retail management is a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right person.

**Details**:

- Full-time, permanent position.
- Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
