**Key Responsibilities of an Internet Sales Associate**:

- Build strong customer relationships by presenting the latest internet and wireless products and services
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience that drives immediate sales and long-term loyalty
- Lead confident, value-focused sales conversations using in-depth product knowledge
- Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and solution-oriented communication
- Collaborate with fellow Internet Sales Associates to share best practices and elevate team performance
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by aligning customer needs with tailored internet and wireless solutions

**Internet Sales Associate Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, telecommunications, customer service, or another customer-facing role
- Previous experience in an internet or wireless sales role is highly desirable. Direct experience as an Internet Sales Associate is highly desirable
- Background in telecom, internet, or wireless sales is strongly preferred
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine passion for helping customers
- Self-motivated, goal-driven mindset with an interest in career advancement
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with confidence influencing outcomes
- Coachable mindset and commitment to continuous professional and performance development
