**Inspecteur contrôle de qualité sur le quart de soir de 15h30 à Minuit.**

**Sous la supervision du superviseur assurance - contrôle de la qualité, l’inspecteur contrôle de la qualité est responsable, en fonction des procédures établies, de l’inspection et de l’approbation de des matières premières et des produits finis. Il doit aussi veiller au suivi rigoureux de toutes les procédures qualité dans l’ensemble des opérations. Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec le superviseur qualité et la production pour assurer un niveau de qualité élevé des produits.**

**Fonctions essentielles**:

- ** Vérifier et approuver la qualité du gel au démarrage de la production conformément à nos procédures et spécifications.**:

- ** Vérifier et approuver tous les produits au démarrage de la production**:

- ** Échantillonner, évaluer et approuver la qualité des matières premières et des produits finis conformément aux exigences qualité et aux spécifications.**:

- ** Inspecter les palettes de priduits finis au niveau de l'entrepôt au mois de 2 fois par quart de travail et signaler et idnetifier toutes non-conformités détectés**:

- ** S'assure que les points de contrôle et les critères d'inspection sont conformes aux spécifications du produits identifiées.**:

- ** Informer le superviseur qualitéet de production de toutes non-conformités identifiées lors des inspections et recommander des mesures correctives nécessaires.**:

- ** Compléter les fiches d'inspection conformément aux bonnes pratiques de documentation et les archiver correctement**:

- ** Renseigner les rapports d'inspection finales et les soumettre pour approbation auprès du superviseur de qualité**:

- ** Documenter quotidiennement et rigoureusement le registre de suivi des inspections qualité**:

- ** Participer activement aux tests de validation R&D et fournisseur**:

- ** Reporter tout équipement de mesure dont la date de calibration est expirée au superviseur qualité**:

- ** Effectuer toutes les autres tâches connexe demandées par le superviseur d'assurance qualité.**

- ** Capable de travailler de manière autonome et pret a prendre de l'initiaive si nécessaire.**:

- ** Joueur d'équipe avec un haut niveau de relations interpersonnelles**:

- ** Capacité de recueillier des donnés, de compiler de l'information**:

- ** Posseder un DEC ou Certificate en gestion de la qualité ou DES avec une expérience d'une année en contrôle qualité**:

- ** Très bonne connaissance de la suite Office et capacité à travailler avec divers logiciels internes.**:

- ** Parle courammnet le français et un niveau intermédiare en Anglais.**
