Growth of our company has created the need for a creator to work closely with our leadership team on a variety of projects.

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented **Video Production Associate** to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in shaping narratives, refining visuals, and bringing creative visions to life. Working closely with directors and producers, you will create content that stands out in a crowded digital landscape.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with creative directors and producers to execute their vision with precision.
- Edit video content for commercials, branded content, corporate films, and social campaigns.
- Craft compelling stories using pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Integrate motion graphics, and colour grading to elevate the final product.
- Optimize edits for different platforms, including broadcast, digital, and social media.
- Maintain an organized post-production workflow, managing assets and backups.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, editing techniques, and new software tools.
- Other duties as assigned (e.g. on-set production assistant)

**Requirements**:

- **2+ years of professional video editing experience** in an agency, production house, or similar environment.
- **Proficiency in Davinci Resolve** (After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop knowledge is a plus).
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and emotional engagement.
- Experience with colour correction, sound design, and motion graphics integration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
