**Job Overview**:
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist will monitor and contribute to the development of open standards, ensuring they are in line with the objectives related to Digital Credentials, Digital Identity and IAM.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage user lifecycle processes (provisioning/deprovisioning).
- Configure MFA, SSO, and federated identity integrations.
- Implement and maintain RBAC and access certification cycles.
- Support audits and compliance reporting on user access.
- Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 7+ years in IAM or access management.
- **Education**: Degree or AEC in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- **Certifications**: Microsoft Identity & Access Administrator (SC‑300), Okta Certified Professional, or CompTIA Security+.
- **Skills**: Azure AD, Active Directory, LDAP, SAML/OAuth, PowerShell scripting, and identity governance tools.

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
