Techso is looking to expand its PLM/ALM team. You will work as a Polarion expert to meet the needs of our customers based in Canada.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage the Polarion platform (rights, licenses, project settings, error codes, equipment, etc.)
Define Polarion standards and configure the ALM system for the entire organization
**Implement technical evolutions**: security patches, version upgrades, automations, add-on module integrations
Test deployments in a controlled environment before going into production
Participate in documentation and user training on the tools.
**Skills required**:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical/aeronautical engineering, computer science or information systems
At least 4 years' professional experience with the Polarion solution
Good understanding of requirements engineering, change management and risk management
Ability to evolve in an Agile environment
Good communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken, as some of your customers will be English or French-speaking
