Port Perry, Canada Offside Cannabis Full time

Offside Cannabis is expanding our stores and we are looking to add to our team. We are looking for staff who have a passion for the cannabis industry, as well as being dedicated to giving each customer the best experience they can have.

**Primary Duties**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and educate them on responsible cannabis use
- Provide information based on ongoing learning and accurate product knowledge
- Convert customer needs into sales in real-time using tablets for order processing
- Cultivate, grow and retain customer base through an exemplary customer experience
- Working with team members to fulfill orders and cash out customers
- Comprehend, apply, follow and enforce guidelines as required by industry regulations
- Assist with inventory tracking, and abide by company policies and procedures

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1-3 years customer service experience, retail is preferred
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills
- A passion for cannabis in this growing industry
- Must be open to coaching, and receive feedback with a professional manner

**Job Requirements**
- Must provide a police record check
- Must have a completed CannSell 2.0 Certificate (before first day)
- Must be able to lift boxes 5-30 lbs
- Must be flexible with hours of work and be comfortable with ever-changing duties

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
