**Reports to**: Financial Controller

**Summary**:
The Team Lead - Accounts Payable is responsible for leading, supervising, and overseeing the daily activities and productivity of the Accounts Payable team, provide support to the Controller and ensuring the timely and accurate completion of accounting transactions and activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Accounts Payable team.
- Manage the SAP Concur platform and provide support to the super users of the company
- Prepare analyses from using SAP Concur Data
- Supervise the opening of new accounts and maintain payable accounts to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide support to the Finance team for the preparation of month-end statements.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Must be computer literate, including Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel knowledge is a must).
- Knowledge of SAP Concur or any other automated AP software is a plus
- Must be highly detail oriented and have a high sense of urgency.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and have a calm and patient demeanor.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have good management skills to supervise a team.

**Experience & Education**:

- DEC in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years accounting experience.
- Team management experience is a plus
