About The Role

The Project Coordinator (PC) supports the Project Manager (PM) in successful execution of a clinical trial and contributes to department and corporate initiatives.

What You'll Do Here
- Assist PMs in creating and maintaining project-specific timelines to ensure on-time execution and delivery per scope of work from project award through archival
- Manage and coordinate, along with the PM, any situation impacting project outcomes and escalate as appropriate
- Maintain effective and efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist and take minutes during internal and external meetings
- Support development and review of project specific documents and plans
- Create and maintain Trial Master Files and ensure inspection readiness
- Work with Quality Assurance to ensure GxP and regulatory compliance is maintained
- Assist in start-up activities with vendors and external sites, including collection of regulatory documents as applicable
- Support submissions to institutional review boards and regulatory agencies
- Coordinate single-service study offerings

What You'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor or higher level degree preferred in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Medicine, Sciences. Equivalent fields or experience may be considered
