Terrawerx Mechanical is an Alberta based but fast growing plumbing company in Kelowna BC We are a diverse company working on small and large Commercial Projects, Warehouses, Residential Buildings, High End Homes, Process Facilities, Breweries and many other types of projects. We are looking for self motivated people to join our team, and are now accepting resumes for full time employment for a hybrid insulation and apprentice plumbing position on our commercial and multi-family work in Kelowna and also surrounding area.

OUR INDUSTRY COMPETITIVE WAGES;
1st year/starter base rate is $20.25/hr. Performance rate of $21.50/hr after probation.

2nd year is $24.40/hr. Possible performance rate of $25.50/hr after probation.

3rd year is $28.40/hr. Possible performance rate of $29.70/hr after probation.

4th year is $32.50/hr. Possible performance rate of $34.00/hr after probation.

Journey Person is $40.60

The positions are full time, 5 days a week, 40 hours per week. Normal working hours are 7am to 3:30pm. Overtime as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Insulation of heating, chilled and domestic systems.
- Reading construction blueprints and general construction practices
- Demonstrate good judgment, organization and independence in planning and completing assigned tasks
- Physically fit and capable of lifting, pulling, and managing up to 75 pounds of heavy objects
- Able to work in all types of conditions including high or low temperatures, noisy, dusty and on ladders
- Multi family construction (condominiums) and commercial construction
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Valid class 5 Alberta driver’s license and vehicle to get to work.

Pay: $20.25-$44.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
