Information Security Officer

**Duration**:
6-month contract

Our client, a global enterprise with a strong focus on security and compliance, is seeking an experienced Information Security Governance Analyst to support security compliance initiatives across multiple frameworks (PCI, ISO, SOC, FedRAMP, etc.). This role will act as a key liaison between technology teams and the business to ensure strong security practices are followed and documented.

**Principal tasks and responsibilities include**:

- Serve as the first line of support for ISO-related information security requests and tickets.
- Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure adherence to the correct security processes and protocols.
- Contribute to the development, review, and improvement of both global and regional information security processes.
- Collect and compile metrics to support business unit security risk reporting.
- Support evidence gathering and documentation efforts for global and regional compliance programs (including PCI, ISO, SOC, FISMA, FedRAMP).
- Help ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements across all operating regions.
- Participate in risk identification and mitigation activities related to information and physical security.

**Qualifications and pre-requisites**:

- 4-6 years of experience in information security governance, risk, or compliance roles.
- Familiarity with major compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI, ISO 27001, SOC 2, FISMA, FedRAMP).
- Experience gathering and organizing evidence for audits or internal security reviews.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally between IT and business units.
- Background in risk-based security programs and best practices is a strong asset.
