We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic, private-owned

providing high-quality dental care and committed to patient satisfaction.

full ownership of the patient relationships you develop.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Conduct various dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and

preventive care.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient

office operations.
- We will be using the Cleardent software, so familiarity with this system is a plus.
- Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education

opportunities.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

**Experience**:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from

an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication within

the healthcare team.
- Experience with electronic health record systems is a plus.
- Previous experience or working within a dental office setting is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and staff alike.
- Being kind, patient, and welcoming is a must. We want the dentist to take time with

patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued, as we aim to foster long-term

relationships and encourage repeat visits.

**Job Types**:

Pay:

- Up to $200,000.00 per year

Pay: $76,792.41-$296,688.34 per year
