- Operates the school Learning Commons and provides services in an automated/digital environment to meet the needs of staff and students
- Promotes authors, books, literacy, technology and holds special events
- Performs administrative functions associated with the Learning Commons and/or school
- Coordinates volunteers’ activities
- Performs other duties, as assigned by the supervisor
**Required Qualifications**:
- Degree/diploma in relevant field (i.e. Library Technician, Information Science, etc)
- 2 years of related experience
- Expertise with Insignia (or similar library software systems), Google Suite, computer hardware and software, mobile technology, various AV equipment
- Comfortable learning and promoting new technologies (3D printing, robotics, coding, cricut, etc.)
- Positive team player and ability to work independently as well
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Individuals who possess an equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered
**Annual (or Hourly) Salary: $47,612 - $51,304**
**This is a permanent 10 month position. The annual full time salary range is $47,612 - $51,304, which will be prorated as applicable to reflect a part-time 0.50 FTE position. An employee benefits and pension package is also provided.**
**The anticipated start date for this position will be August 25, 2025.**
