**About the Opportunity**:
The Quality Assurance Analyst, reports to an IM/IT Manager and will take direction from either the IM/IT Lead or Sr. Analyst. This position is responsible for the requirement gathering, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support for primarily clinical information management and technology solutions and functions across NSH, IWK and its many external clients. The IM/IT SA/BA works with their team to collaborate with key clinical and business stakeholders throughout the province as the organization, in partnership with the province’s Internal Services Department and the Department of Health and Wellness, moves towards the rationalization of disparate systems and the IMIT strategy.

**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- 2-3+ years’ experience in quality assurance or software testing on both web and mobile platforms.
- Experience with tools like Appium, BrowserStack, or TestComplete for testing mobile apps on various platforms.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques and hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI, REST-Assured) and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling).
- Experience with tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling for performance and scalability assessments.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and testing within cloud environments.
- Knowledge of frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or TestNG for creating and maintaining automated tests
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks
- Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting an asset.
- Organizational skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ability to clearly communicate NSH vision, mission and values.
