**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Organize and tidy up rooms, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and functional
- Change bed linens, make beds as needed
- Fold towels and napkins with precision
- Clean and sanitize all areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common spaces
- Polish furniture, fixtures and fittings to maintain a high level of shine
- Clean windows, mirrors and glass surfaces
- Vacuuming, washing, moping and scrubbing floors and stairs
- Restock household supplies such as toilet paper, tissues and hand soap
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas including patios, decks and walkways
- Wash and clean patio furniture, outdoor cushions and accessories
- Sweep and clear pathways of debris
- Assist in other basic gardening/landscape tasks as required
- Report/resolve any client issues
- Provide cleaning support at our residential construction sites, such as disposing of construction debris in appropriate bins and ensuring the site is organized
- Empty trash cans and other waste containers
- Additional duties as required

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES NEEDED**:

- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours
- Energetic, positive and outgoing attitude
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team
- Ability to pay attention to details

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Valid G level driver’s licence with clean abstract
