We are looking for a driven Lead Sales Professional to oversee sales and operations for our new GTA showroom.

The Lead Sales Professional will take ownership of showroom appearance by maintaining and upholding merchandising, cleanliness, and organizational standards. They will also organize and participate in showroom events as needed.

**This is a full-time position onsite at our Richmond Hill location, Tuesday to Saturday 10am - 6pm.**

Flexibility is required as professional functions/trade shows and other activities may require temporary changes to these hours.
- Greet customers who visit the showroom and provide excellent service and support to increase client retention
- Be comfortable working with a range of professional customers including interior designers and contractors
- Be confident driving sales and promoting our three programs: in-stock, quick ship, and custom orders
- Provide thoughtful insight and ideas to promote the MagickHome brand and grow our market share
- Provide valuable insights into specific client feedback around our products and product attributes for future changes and enhancements to our portfolio
- Be responsible for lead generation, tracking, and the reporting of new opportunities, sales and close rate
- Ensure showroom is always kept to the highest standards
- Maintain and manage inventory levels
- Liaise with team members in both North America and India

**Background & Qualifications**:

- Sales and customer service background, preferably in a showroom setting
- Prior experience in the kitchen & bath industry
- Detail-oriented and able to process multi-step orders
- Familiarity with Microsoft office and Google apps
- Interest in design and current interior design trends
- Interior design background an asset
- Knowledge of 20/20 an asset

**Compensation will be $25/hr plus health benefits.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 per hour
