**Duties**
- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Support outside sales efforts by preparing presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on leads.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing sales and expanding market presence.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in sales or account management is preferred. Preferably in real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of business development principles and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Work Location: In person
