As an adept Class 1 Driver, you'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic and physically demanding role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely and effectively operate a mix of Class 1 and Class 3 roll-off trucks across various sectors, adhering to industry-specific requirements, including asbestos disposal, in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Load and unload roll-off containers at multiple locations, ensuring secure placement and minimizing the risk of accidents or damage.
- Perform comprehensive pre
- and post-trip inspections of trucks and equipment, immediately reporting any maintenance or repair issues.
- Collaborate with dispatch and fellow team members to optimize routes and schedules for efficient and timely service delivery.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
- Maintain accurate records of driving activities, hours of service, equipment maintenance, and client interactions.
- Handle the physical demands of the role, including frequent truck entry and exit, lifting, and maneuvering roll-off containers.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 3 driver's license (holding a Class 1 license is a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal skills for delivering outstanding customer service
- Sufficient physical fitness to meet the job's demands
- Minimum 1-year experience operating Class 1 manual vehicles (preferred)

We are open to training qualified drivers in roll-off unit operation.
