**Job Summary**: Weldtech Training Inc. is seeking a dedicated General Labourer/Shop Hand to join our team. As a Labourer, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks in our busy welding training facility, assisting with maintaining an efficient and safe working environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist instructors with daily tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
- Prepare materials and tools for training sessions
- Assist with inventory management
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Operate hand and power tools
- Clean and prepare work areas by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Perform general maintenance of tools and equipment

**Skills**:

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Attention to detail and focus on safety protocols

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a workshop environment is an asset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in various conditions
