**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and serve customers with a friendly and informative attitude.
- Mix a variety of drinks and prepare appetizers while managing the point of sale system.
- Engage with customers in-store and online, offering recommendations on cocktails and other beverages.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Create and post engaging content on social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook groups to promote our lounge and events.
- Develop social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Monitor social media for trending topics to utilize in promotional campaigns.
- Assist in organizing and promoting in-store events and specials through social media.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have or be eligible for Pro Serve certification before applying.
- Minimum of 2 years hospitality experience.
- Proficient in using social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Ability to develop creative content, including videos and promotional posts.
- A friendly and energetic personality with a strong desire to interact and educate customers.
- Capable of multitasking and quickly adapting to new changes or regulations.
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and late nights.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
