Inventory Controller

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain and update inventory records with adjustments and root cause analysis
- Develop and enforce efficient inventory control and cycle counting procedures
- Monitor stock levels, perform regular audits, and ensure accuracy in reporting
- Lead and organize annual physical inventory
- Forecast supply and demand trends to maintain consistent stock availability
- Coordinate logistics including stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing
- Analyze historical data, seasonality, and market trends to optimize forecasts
- Liaise with sales, finance, sourcing, and production teams to align on demand planning
- Generate inventory and supply chain reports to support management decision-making
- Train team members on inventory control best practices
- Track KPIs and provide regular updates on inventory accuracy and performance

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory control or related field
- CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication, mathematical, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly under pressure
- Understanding of Occupational Health & Safety regulations
- Willingness to work irregular or extended hours when needed

**Physical Demands**:

- Ability to stand and walk frequently throughout the day
- Conduct inventory counts both indoors and outdoors
- Regular computer-based work in a sedentary position

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
