About the team you are joining

The Global Aviation Data Management (GADM) team is responsible for the development, implementation and support of data solutions needed to monitor safety, operational and efficiency KPIs. These includes, without being limited to:

- Managing Data Sharing Programs (IDX, FDX, MCX and ADX).
- Supporting internal and external businesses in their data, reporting and dashboard needs.
Developing a coherent approach to data visualization and analysis.
- Ensuring the availability, reliability, and quality of the data and related dashboards through continuous monitoring.
- Adhering to data governance policies, quality standards and best practices.

What your day would be like
- Design, develop, and test the text analytic models over real-world, large-scale dataset, including data handling, quality check and visualization;
- Train, test and maintain the developed ML models, and interpret the output and performance of models in business terms;
- Support developing statistic metrics and methodology to correctly interpret trends and presents patterns in the data to produce meaningful insights;
- Support developing and operating automated data validation processes and propose controls to continuously improve data quality;
- Support ad hoc requests for analysis or supply of data;
- Liaise with our development team and on the continuous improvement and development of our analytics services;
- Engage in our customer surveys and analysis of the received feedback.

We would love to hear from you if

... you possess the following:

- Recent Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in applied mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science, operational research or relevant discipline;
- Knowledge in Python/R programming, Machine Learning;
- Knowledge in Deep Learning preferably Natural Language Processing is an asset;
- Knowledge in Statistics, big data analytics, database management and data visualization;
- Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI);SQL knowledge, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases;
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
