Warehouse Clerk

The Warehouse Clerk will work with the head office team to process shipments and the receiving of goods while ensuring accuracy of part, consignee, and carrier selection in compliance with company and customer requirements, and proper billing of shipments and receipt of correct material/parts/product.
**What your day will look like**:
- Checking items to be shipped against pick list to ensure the part number, lot number, quantity, labeling, and carrier selection is correct, and transfer all data into the computer systems
- Maintain established inventory control procedures, including but not limited to recording stock transfers, monitoring, and updating inventory records, producing reports, and conducting inventory audits on a quarterly basis
- Ensure all physical material, inventory, and paperwork are readied in designated areas for service technicians
- Preparing shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, etc.) by recording necessary details pertaining to shipment; consignee, carrier, carton count, etc. to comply with internal audit standards and standard operating procedures
- Preparing and processing RMA’s
- Record and verify method of shipment, quantity, carton, weights, carrier, shipping terms and carrier’s reference number on proper documents
- Coordinating with customer service and carriers to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of shipments and billing
- Receiving inventory and verifying against shipping manifests and/or any other related documents
- Ensure courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient service to all customers to maximize 100% customer satisfaction
- Coordination with the regional coordinator and technicians to ensure timely arrival of installation equipment
**About you**:
- 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment
- Knowledge of computers and proficiency in Microsoft Office a requirement (Excel)
- Microsoft D365 knowledge an asset
- Able to operate material handling equipment
- Ability to comply with operating procedures, work instructions, organizational policies, and guidelines
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to complete task in tight time frames while multi-tasking
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

- Vérifier les articles à expédier par rapport à la liste de prélèvement pour s'assurer que le numéro de pièce, le numéro de lot, la quantité, l'étiquetage et la sélection du transporteur sont corrects, et transférer toutes les données dans les systèmes informatiques
- Maintenir les procédures établies de contrôle des stocks, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, l'enregistrement des transferts de stock, le suivi et la mise à jour des registres d'inventaire, la production de rapports et la réalisation d'audits d'inventaire sur une base trimestrielle
- S'assurer que tout le matériel physique, l'inventaire et la paperasse sont prêts dans les zones désignées pour les techniciens de service
- Préparer les documents d'expédition (connaissement, lettre de transport aérien, etc.) en enregistrant les détails nécessaires relatifs à l'expédition : destinataire, transporteur, nombre de cartons, etc. pour se conformer aux normes d'audit interne et aux procédures d'exploitation standard
- Préparer et traiter les RMA
- Enregistrer et vérifier la méthode d'expédition, la quantité, le carton, le poids, le transporteur, les conditions d'expédition et le numéro de référence du transporteur sur les documents appropriés
- Assurer la coordination avec le service clientèle et les transporteurs pour garantir l'exactitude et la rapidité des expéditions et de la facturation
- Recevoir les stocks et les vérifier par rapport aux manifestes d'expédition et/ou à tout autre document connexe
- Assurer un service courtois, compétent et efficace à tous les clients afin de maximiser la satisfaction de la clientèle à 100%
- Coordination avec le coordinateur régional et les techniciens pour assurer l'arrivée en temps voulu du matériel d'installation
