We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tailor to join our team. As a Tailor, you will be responsible for stitching ladies dresses and suits and performing high-quality alterations. High attention to detail, proficiency in various sewing techniques, and ability to work with different fabrics is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct fittings with clients to determine their specific alteration or customization needs.
- Take precise measurements and record necessary details to ensure accurate garment alterations.
- Perform alterations, repairs, and adjustments on various types of clothing, including suits, dresses, pants, shirts, and jackets.
- Seamlessly modify garmets to achieve desired fit, length, and style, while maintaining the integrity of the original design.
- Use professional sewing machines, tools, and techniques to carry out alterations and customizations.
- Select appropriate fabrics, threads, and accessories required for each task.
- Collaborate with clients to provide guidance and recommendations on garment modifications and enhancements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the proper storage and handling of sewing equipment and supplies.
- Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, techniques, and industry advancements related to tailoring and alterations.
- Ensure timely completion of alteration projects while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience with indian ladies suits and dresses stitching and alteration required.
- Proficiency in using industrial sewing machines, sergers, and other sewing equipments.
- Ability to accurately take measurements and translate them into precise stitching and alterations.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple alteration projects simultaneously.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying customer preferences and design requirements.
- Familiarity with different types of fabrics, their characteristics, and appropriate alteration techniques.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while maintaining a high level of productivity.
