_**International Student Recruitment**:_
- Research and report updates of education markets to develop an effective marketing strategy and plan
- Accomplish the specified and mandatory goals of enrolment numbers
- Create and maintain student recruitment channels and relationship with agents and partner schools recruiting students from Korea.
- Provide accurate and timely information about UMC & UMC High School to prospective students in Korea.
- Communicate through various channels with oversea business partners and maintain international recruitment partnership
- Manage agency contacts and assist with agent requests
- Assist with student attendance rates on a daily basis and ensure high quality student control
- Organize and attend student orientations, education fairs and other marketing events
- Update school news on website and social media on a daily basis

**Counselling Support**
- Monitors progress of international students and provides ongoing support, referring students for professional assistance, when appropriate;
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure student satisfaction and success
- Provide supports to other administrative duties upon request

**Job Qualifications**:

- Experience in international student recruitment is preferred
- Willing to travel locally and internationally
- Fluent in English and Korean
- Wiling to and able to work at night and on weekends
- Strong presentation skills and experiences in public speaking
- Must be proactive and performance driven
- Knowledge of educational systems and international secondary & post-secondary system of other countries is an asset
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and students
- Knowledge of educational systems and international secondary & post-secondary curriculums of other countries is an asset
- Proficiency in Outlook, Google Workspace (G suite) and MS Office Suite

**Location**:must able to work at both campus

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
