**Key Accountabilities**:
Responsible for drafting parts requisitions and service orders, receiving parts, and entering utilization and equipment invoices into Norland’s ERP system.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Create and process purchase order requisitions based on requests received for the equipment shop
- Enter service order maintenance requests received for equipment
- Receive parts for the equipment shop and process packing slips from the field
- Enter utilization and equipment invoice routing
- Perform various administrative tasks related to equipment management as directed by the Accounting Supervisor
- Maintain and organize equipment-related documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date Assist in compiling information and documentation for reporting
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably supporting a construction team
- Strong MS Office skills
- Experience with an ERP system
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- The ability to handle a heavy workload, multitask and prioritize
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
