Syrup Maker

**Job Title: Syrup Maker**

**Reports to: Production Supervisor**

**_Position Hours: 2pm-12a Monday - Thursday_**

**Employee Duties & Responsibilities**

1. Operates equipment to mix and heat ingredients to produce Syrup Based on production Schedules.

2. Scans formula sheet to define proportion of ingredients required, For example, sugar, starches, flavoring.

3. Adding ingredients into blending tank to activate mixer. (50 Lbs) Max.

4. Observes mixture to make sure that color consistency conforms to company specifications.

5. Operate HMIs to Pump/process Syrups and send to Correct production Lines.

6. Operate HMIs to CIP (Clean in place) kettles with Hot water.

7. Observes Temperatures to keep a consistent Syrup while cooking mixture & while syrup is being used for Production

8. Maintains production records. (Entering Correct Lot numbers on HMI’s while making syrups)

9. Sanitized equipment

10. Maintained safe and hygienic work area

11. Ability to Problem Solve

12. Ability to Manage own development and performance with mínimal supervision

13. Other Duties as directed by Supervisor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour
