As a Health and Wellness Specialist in our Fairfield location, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while offering valuable insights into natural health, supplementation, nutrition, and lifestyle choices. This role will require you to be well-versed in retail operations, supplement knowledge, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Service: Offer top-notch customer service with a professional attitude and dress code. Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers of all ages, helping them find the right products to meet their health and wellness needs.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on the latest developments in the health and wellness industry. Share your knowledge with customers, educating them on natural health, supplements, nutrition, and lifestyle choices.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Perform routine tasks such as facing, stocking, and cleaning to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Physical Requirements: This role involves standing for extended periods, as well as the occasional use of ladders to access merchandise.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with your colleagues and work well both independently and in a team.
- Training: Participate in training seminars to enhance your knowledge and expertise in health and wellness products and services.
- Sales Goals: Contribute to the achievement of daily sales targets by assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions and providing outstanding service.
- Cash Register: Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently for customer transactions.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing internal events related to health and wellness to engage our community.
- Product Management: Take responsibility for ordering and receiving Healthy Living products to ensure our inventory is well-stocked and up to date.

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for Health and Wellness
- Knowledge of vitamins and natural supplements
- Certification in natural health (preferred)
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Enthusiasm for teamwork and collaboration
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Previous retail experience is a plus
