**TECHNICIEN DE SERVICE**

**Poste**

Sous la direction du Gérant de succursale, l'employé occupant ce poste doit procéder aux inspections des produits défectueux, aux installations des produits et à la démonstration des produits chez les clients.

**Responsabilités**
- Installer les équipements, nouveaux ou modifiés, dans les installations du client pour assurer sa pleine fonctionnalité.
- Effectuer des démonstrations d'équipement pour le personnel du client et fonctionne comme une ressource pour répondre aux futures questions liées à l'équipement.
- Inspecte les produits défectueux ou endommagés pour déterminer la nature et l'étendue d'un problème.
- Analyser les résultats des examens et des inspections pour déterminer la source d'un problème et recommande des mesures correctives appropriées.
- Coordonne la résolution des problèmes à l'aide d'équipements photographiques et vidéo avec l'ingénierie, le service client et d'autres départements pour accélérer les réparations.

**Qualifications**

- Être à l'affût des innovations technologiques, démontrer des compétences en synthèse, analyse et résolution de problèmes.
- Sachez utiliser vos connaissances dans la réalisation de votre travail.
- Capacité de planifier et d'organiser le travail.
- Doit avoir des connaissances et une certaine aisance en informatique.

**Position**

Under the direction of the Localisation Manager, the employee in this position must carry out inspections of defective products, product installations and products demonstrations to the customers.

**Responsibilities**
- lnstalls new or modified equipment at the customer's facility to ensure full functionality.
- Conducts equipment demonstrations for customer personnel and functions as a resource to answer future equipment related questions.
- Inspects malfunctioning or damaged product to determine the nature and scope of a problem.
- Analyzes review and inspection findings to determining the source of a problem and recommends appropriate corrective action.
- Coordinates problem resolution utilizing photography and video equipment with Engineering, Customer Service, and other departments to expedite repairs.

**Qualifications**
- Be on the lookout for technological innovations, demonstrate skills in synthesis, analysis and problem solving.
- Know how to use your knowledge in carrying out your work.
- Must have knowledge and some comfort with computers.
