The Project Manager Trainee Program (PMT) is an internal Leadership Development program aimed at building and developing a broad range of skills, knowledge, and experiences necessary to move into career paths toward future manager, supervisory, and leadership positions for the Company's ongoing and future success.

Individuals in this Program will provide in-the-field support specific to large projects and work in support of procurement, operations management, and tenant relations of the project. This position will assist the Site Superintendents with all aspects of supervising and managing project costs, health and safety, project labor, and schedule to ensure the project maintain budgeted operating and execution on-time results.

1. Project Coordinator (6 - 12 Months)

2. Assistant Project Manager (1- 2 Years)

3. Project Manager (Level A) (2-3 Years)

4. Project Manager (Level B) (3-4 Years)

5. Project Manager (Level C) (4-5 Years)

In these 5 years of the development program, you will be exposed and challenged to various facets of Building Envelop Projects and challenges and you will be required to attend and pass many pieces of training.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in the field of construction, other disciplines may be considered
- 1-2 years prior construction experience desired
- Pass the Aptitude Assessment designed for New City Contracting’s Future Leaders Program
- Pass New City’s Leadership Assessment
- Passion for training and development
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of diplomacy Strong leadership traits with the ability to grow and develop into a solid supervisor and manager.
