Our Product Support team for MedTech Insights is looking for a Product Support Analyst. Join this small collaborative group responsible for the quality control of market research reports and other product lines. The Product Support team works closely with our market research analyst group and other internal departments to produce high-quality deliverables. Talented analysts will experience numerous exciting opportunities during their tenure at Clarivate, including learning about growing and dynamic medical markets across the globe, working on a variety of Clarivate product lines, and interacting with different teams across the company. It’s a wonderful opportunity for a strong critical thinker with analytical skills that’s highly self-motivated and interested in learning about the medical device industry.

About You - education, experience, skills, and accomplishments
- Undergraduate degree
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in editing and writing roles

It would be great if you also had
- Undergraduate degree in Business or Commerce
- Masters degree or PhD
- Knowledge of the medical device industry
- Familiarity with content management systems

What will you be doing in this role?
- Interpret data and content provided by Market Research Analysts and translate them into carefully crafted and effectively articulated business writing
- Perform highly detailed and substantive edits on reports and other company publications to ensure professionalism and quality, as well as adherence to house style
- Identify discrepancies and holes in logic between text and data tables and provide actionable recommendations for resolution
- Assist in data checking, uploading of reports to the company platform/website, reviewing of marketing materials, and other day-to-day activities
- Take dense and complex topics and convey them to a broad audience; identify and help resolve content/organization issues
- Assist in resolving discrepancies in data versus text, content structure, consistency, and organization within report
- Provide training resources and proactively recommend strategies to Market Research Analysts to improve baseline quality of deliverables on an iterative basis
- Support other Product Support Analysts in monitoring report production timelines and related communications to ensure that the team achieve its goals; proactively identify barriers to production and suggest solutions
- Work closely with other Product Support Analysts and Market Research Analysts to achieve results
- Contribute to process or product improvement efforts related to production workflow, product structure, and/or knowledge management

About the Team

The Product Support team supports Medtech Insights therapy analysts in maintaining high standards of client deliverables by performing audits assessing written content, data, and structural form. In addition to content reviews and providing feedback to analysts, the team is heavily involved in various aspects of report production, schedule oversight, training, and other team initiatives. The Product Support team is a close-knit, collaborative group with members based in Toronto and India.

Hours of Work

This full-time permanent position can be remote anywhere in the U.S. or in the following Canadian provinces Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, and Newfoundland and Labrador
