Applicants must have at least 1 year professional experience decorating cakes to be considered.

**Responsibilities**
- Build and decorate cakes using fondant, modelling chocolate, fondant decorations, and other decorating styles.
- Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
- Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
- Maintain a clean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards

**Skills**
- Proven experience as Cake Decorator, baker or relevant role
- Great attention to detail and creativity
- Willingness to replenish professional knowledge
- In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques and nutrition
- Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (pastries that are gluten free, sugarless etc.)
- Conceive and execute ideas for new cakes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.50 per hour

Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications
