We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team of wedding decor specialists. As a Wedding Decor Specialist, you will be responsible for executing stunning decor designs and ensuring that all event decorations are set up and taken down flawlessly. You will work closely with clients to bring their visions to life and play an integral role in ensuring that events are executed to the highest standards of quality. **Responsibilities**: - Execute stunning decor designs for weddings and other special events - Set up and take down all event decorations, including backdrops, structures, table settings, lighting, flowers, and other decor elements - Ensure that events are executed flawlessly and to the highest standards of quality - Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and supplies - Provide excellent customer service and support as needed **Requirements**: - Strong background in event or wedding decoration - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and late nights - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Reliable transportation (a vehicle is a must) If you are passionate about creating beautiful and memorable events and have a strong background in event or wedding decoration, we would love to hear from you.
