**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Manage the bar's inventory, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.

**Experience**
- Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential.
- Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively.
- Experience with POS systems is a plus, enhancing efficiency in order processing.

Pay: $12.20-$14.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
