We seek to enhance our data transformation solutions to our clients and employees with a Product Owner position in our Integration Services team. This is an important role that will help guide the development of our product and service offering for our clients and employees.

The scope of the Product Owner role includes project management, requirements definition, business to technical requirement transformation, technical specifications, scrum management, and delivery support.

**What you will do**:

- Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to develop requirements for feature requests and bug fixes
- Engage and facilitate discussions with stakeholders, users, and the development team on a regular basis to gather requirements and ideas
- Write and present user stories to stakeholders and the development team
- You will be accountable for developing the product vision and roadmap
- Work with product managers, technical and design leads, business owners and cross functional scrum teams through the entire SDLC
- Manage and prioritize the development backlog queue
- Plan sprints, UAT, releases, set goals, monitor progress, and address issues during sprints
- Engage in acceptance testing as the product is being developed to ensure that acceptance criteria have been met

**Required skills and experience**:

- Strong problem solving and analysis skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills with leadership quality is required.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills
- Ability to handle diverse situations and multiple projects
- Experience in data transformation and data structures
- Strong in using tools such as Excel, Power BI or Microsoft Data Factory
- Knowledge of Power Query and Microsoft DAX
- Constantly learning and honing your skills

**Qualifications**
- 1+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Analyst
- 4+ years of technical experience in related fields such as DBA, developer or data analyst
- College or University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
- Knowledge of Agile process and principles

**It’d be great if you have**:

- Product management certifications
- Experience in UX and UI
- Experience using Jira or agile tools
- Experience in insurance
