We are seeking an experienced customs clerk for our Scarborough, ON branch.

**Duties and Essential Job Functions**:
**Your Activities Will Include**:

- Preparation of import and export documents for US and Canadian branches
- Data entry of LVS courier shipments to report to Canada customs
- Setting up of PARS shipments
- AES US export reporting
- Solicitations for USMCA and Origin Certifications
- Interaction with carriers and brokers
- Communication with US vendors and branch personal to solve shipment discrepancies

**Requirements**:

- **HOURS will be 11:00 am - 8:00 pm Monday to Friday**:

- Good communication skills
- Good computing skills
- Knowledge of customs processes
- Good problem solving skills
