- Set up and operate CNC lathe to produce precision parts according to drawings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders.
- Use hand tools and measuring instruments to inspect and measure finished parts for accuracy.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- **Requirements**_
- Minimum 5 years previous experience operating CNC lathes.
- Strong knowledge of machining principles and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Proficient in using hand tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $32.00-$37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delta, BC V3M 6J9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
